Karen has spent her entire career in travel and is one of our most knowledgeable and experienced consultants. Her incredible attention to detail and genuine care for her clients shine through in every trip she plans. She's travelled extensively — far too many places to list — but some favourites include Thailand, the Dominican Republic, Toronto, several Greek Islands, the Canary Islands, Portugal, Montenegro, Croatia and the breathtaking Norwegian Fjords. Recently, Karen joined a group of fellow travel agents on an educational trip to Quito and the Galápagos Islands — a real highlight! Her next adventure is to Hurghada in Egypt, where she's looking forward to some well-deserved winter sun. One of her most memorable holidays was travelling on the iconic Rocky Mountaineer between Vancouver and Banff — a bucket-list experience she often recommends. With her children now grown up, Karen loves the flexibility to take spontaneous city breaks in Europe, and she and her husband enjoy discovering new destinations while sailing on various cruise ships.

With over 27 years of travel industry experience, Gemma brings passion, knowledge and a true love of adventure to every holiday she creates. She has travelled widely across the USA, Asia, Australia, Africa, Canada, the UAE, the Caribbean and many European gems. This year alone she has visited Prague, Morocco, Greece, Portugal topping the year off by heading to the Maldives. Gemma thrives on crafting tailor-made holidays. Give her a challenge and she's in her element! After living in Australia with her young family for over two years, she also has a deep understanding of all things Aussie — from iconic attractions to hidden local favourites. She regularly shares her experiences in our Travel Reports, writing about both land-based adventures and cruise journeys. Now that her children are grown up and travelling independently, Gemma and her husband are enjoying the freedom to explore the world together.

We first had the pleasure of meeting Fleur during her one-week work experience while she was studying Travel at Bexhill College — and her enthusiasm was obvious from the start. After continuing her studies at Brighton University and graduating with a degree in Tourism Management, Fleur has built an exciting travel portfolio including Bulgaria, Cyprus, Majorca, Rome, Lake Garda, Kos, Rhodes, Crete, Egypt, Cape Verde and Disneyland Paris. A standout moment for Fleur was her first ever river cruise along the Nile — the perfect blend of history and luxury. She has already rebooked Cape Verde for next year, her favourite destination for winter sun and laid-back vibes, and she's always planning her next escape. Her dream? A road trip across America. Alongside her love for travel, Fleur is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. She is continually growing her knowledge and expertise, and her energy and commitment make her a valued part of our team.
